One Man And His Dog

Welcome to our new feature pages about recent flights.
We fly to and from so many varied destinations we thought you might like to read about some of our more interesting routes or requests.
As the first of our new feature pages we thought we’d tell you about a client who recently flew from Paris to London on one of our charters because she loves her dog. Shared Cost Private Jet Charter

There are those that argue that a syndicate flight ceases to fall into the category of “private jet charters” as the passengers no longer have the exclusivity and privacy that a private jet charter would offer. This is true but there are many other benefits afforded to those flying on a private jet via a private jet terminal or general aviation airfield.
Invariably it’s possible to choose a departure point which is closer to your base location than a larger commercial airport. Secondly and perhaps the biggest benefit of flying on a private jet is the reduced check-in and wait time. On the vast majority of our flights the check-in time is only ten minutes and this applies to both private charters and syndicate flights. On a commercial flight (even in first class which is the closest comparison to private charters) the average time spent at the airport from arrival to airborne is around one and a half hours, and in some cases can be up to three hours. This time is made up of parking, check-in, security and boarding.

CEO’s Still Using Private Jets

Many Company Executives are still using private jets despite negative media as we slump towards global recession.
It’s no surprise when you consider than many benefits offered by flying private. Many large corporations insist that Executives use private jets for business and personal travel as a security measure, and many don’t have time to waste waiting in airports.
Some companies have stopped the use of private jets entirely and some others are moving away from ownership to managed private charter services like our M1NTCard, but overall, the money spent on the use of private jets is reported to be at the highest level in the last five years.
By moving to managed jet charter services, clients are continuing to enjoy the benefits of private travel without the high cost of owning an aircraft. This move is one that works well for both the shareholder and the busy Executive. Overheads are massively reduced but the level of security and time saving benefits are unaffected.

Phuket Private Jet Terminal

In the expansion plans for Phuket International Airport are considerations to open a dedicated private jet terminal.
It is proposed that private investors will be responsible for the development and that it will be constructed separately from the main terminal building. It’s thought that if the plans go ahead, the terminal will offer VIP ground handling services and hospitality that rivals five star hotels.
Private Jet Charters are a growing business and are being recognised by many to be the most time efficient way to travel. Many airports have or are considering private terminals to enhance their service offering and increase their revenue.
