CEO’s Still Using Private Jets
Many Company Executives are still using private jets despite negative media as we slump towards global recession.
It’s no surprise when you consider than many benefits offered by flying private. Many large corporations insist that Executives use private jets for business and personal travel as a security measure, and many don’t have time to waste waiting in airports.
Some companies have stopped the use of private jets entirely and some others are moving away from ownership to managed private charter services like our M1NTCard, but overall, the money spent on the use of private jets is reported to be at the highest level in the last five years.
By moving to managed jet charter services, clients are continuing to enjoy the benefits of private travel without the high cost of owning an aircraft. This move is one that works well for both the shareholder and the busy Executive. Overheads are massively reduced but the level of security and time saving benefits are unaffected.
Private jet charter is also increasing for company flights, although the per flight cost is slightly higher than with a managed service, it means that there is no up-front investment and no short or long term commitment. For many, this means that travel expenses will often go relatively unnoticed.
