How does the cost of Jet charter compare to commercial airlines?

Private Jet Charter is usually more expensive than flying commercially. However, there are many other time and cost savings associated to flying with your own private aircraft charter. You can depart from a local airport and fly to an airport closer to your ultimate destination, potentially negating the need to pay for parking and overnight stays. Don’t waste time at the airport because you have to be there two or three hours before departure and forget about long lines at check in and security.

What are the differences between fractional jet ownership and Jet Booking Direct?

Our Jet Booking Direct Jet Setter Program gives you the flexibility to fly when and where you want, and you only pay for the time you fly. There are no acquisition costs, no monthly maintenance fee, no long term contracts and you have the flexibility of choosing the right aircraft for each trip. With a fractional jet ownership you do not have unlimited use of the aircraft, your air travel has to be coordinated with the number of hours purchased at the beginning of the contract obligating you to predict your aircraft usage for the next 5 years and locking you to a single jet.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Bank Wire Transfers.

How far in advance do I need to call to reserve an aircraft from Jet Booking Direct?

“The sooner the better”, never the less, at Jet Booking Direct we are often able to book air charter flights with just four hours notice – subject to aircraft and crew availability. We advise you to book as far in advance as you can during Peak Travel times such as major holidays.

What happens if I need to cancel or make changes to my flight?

You can cancel or make changes to your itinerary up to 48 hours prior to your flight unless a different condition is set to a specific flight. If you need to cancel or make changes within 24 hours of your flight, we will pass on any incurred costs.

How do you make sure that my flight is personalized specifically for me?

At Jet Booking Direct we build a personal profile for each client to ensure all air charter flight experiences are tailored to your individual preferences and requests. Personalized service and strict attention to detail are cornerstones of our success at Jet Booking Direct.

What are my options for catering on my flight?

At Jet Booking Direct we understand that the client is the most important asset of our company therefore, we don’t set a limit for catering or any special services you might need. We can arrange almost anything you could want for your air charter flight.

May I bring my pets with me?

Yes, although is important to let your flight coordinator know that you will be flying with your pet at the time of booking. That way we be sure to accommodate you on a pet friendly aircraft. Also keep in mind that is required that your pet is restrained for take off and landing, as well as during turbulent air conditions. This is only to ensure the safety of your pet. We can also manage the transactions between our clients and DEFRA utilising our experience and knowledge.

  1. How do I use the From and To fields? When you use these fields, it's important to try and give us as much information as possible. To make it easier for you, when you begin to type the form will give you a list of suggestions. You should try to use these suggestions if possible - the more you type the more accurate the suggestions will be. Clicking a suggestion inserts it into the field.
  2. The suggestions do not match where I'd like to fly to or from Whilst we prefer you to choose a suggestion - you don't have to. You can still type in the box without them. If you do this please try to give us as much information as possible, e.g. City, Country, Region, Zip Code etc.
