No More Damaged Baggage

This week’s youtube phenomenon seems to be the video by Sons Of Maxwell called “United Breaks Guitars“.  In the first few days it’s received over three million hits and I’m sure it will be causing embarrassment to United.

It seems that while travelling with United last year he actually witnessed the baggage handlers throwing the Band’s instruments along with the other bags, and his beloved Taylor Guitar was broken.  This has been followed by a long term fight over compensation which United “won”.
